James could you post a picture of the full covers so that we can see the various illustrations in all their glory? In every video, they are partially covered by the paper band. It would be useful to see them before chosing the one we want. Thanks in advance.

No. Only the slipcase sets.
I wasn't even aware that the original book only covered a quarter of the world.
Does this mean the remaining 2 quarters are a possibility for a future release?

Most stores don't want to deal with individual publishers, but you can suggest they get in touch with me directly for wholesale rates.
